A great example of  an Imperial IPA with a slightly sweet malt flavor coupled with a citrus aroma.  An expected bitterness hits you on the front end and finishes with a well balanced hop aroma and slight dryness due subtle hints of honey.  Imperial Honey is a beer brewed with local honey that is crisp and refreshing.
