3rd Anny City of Dreams_edited.jpg

City of Dreams – Hazy IPA – 6% - A beer brewed for our 3rd anniversary. Similar to Patrick Hayze, though dry hopped with a different variety of hops to emphasize the lime side of the citrus world. This pillowy mouthfeel makes this beer delightful and fun, yet comparably different from its’ brother, Patrick Hayze.

The Dankness.png

The Dankness – West Coast IPA – 7.2% - A collaboration brew with our friends from Key City Brewing Co. in Vicksburg, MS, this beer boasts a gorgeous straw-golden color, complimented by a bold bitterness, with a medium and easy-drinking body. 3rd Anny Mouse_edited.jpg

The Mouse – English Style Pale Ale – 4.3% - Named after a real British Pub in Bristol, England, U.K., where our Brewmaster served as barman, and inspired by his favorite ‘real ale’ traditionally served from a cask and pullman. Brewed entirely with the finest of British ingredients – grains, hops, and yeast – and carbonated to an American standard, this beer intertwines an orange citrusy marmalade atop of a very light bready malt flavor.

Vader’s Wrath.png

Vader’s Wrath – Belgian Style Quad – 10% - Careful with this one. The wrath comes from the approachability of this beer, with aromatic notes of dried dark fruits accentuated by the creamy head, distinguished by a medium full body, and an exceptionally dry finish. You’ll return for another, for sure.

Imperial Honey.png

Imperial Honey – Double IPA – 8.3% - Another one of our core beers, brewed with local honey from a farm in Philadelphia, MS, which boasts a gorgeous golden bronze color, and strong aromatic notes of honey, and a gentle taste of light citrus, balanced with the bitterness from the hops.
